Welcome to The Analytical Art Website

Most likely, you are here because you have seen some great piece of art, and an artist described what he or she does as Analytical Art. Or you have seen the term in the art history book. Or... whichever way you arrived here, welcome to the Analytical Art website.

This website has been created to introduce the general public to Analytical Art, which constitutes one of the most unique art forms. Unfortunately, very few people are familiar with it, but this must not be the case as this art should be given the place it deserves in the world art stage.

This site was originally put together as an Independent Study Project by Dina Belaia in 1997, while being a Visual Art student of York University.

Since then a lot of new developments happened, and the site tries to keep up with them and showcase the contemporary analytical work, not only give the historical context.
